  • Classic Game Room HD reviews the Atari 2600 game playing Colecovision Expansion Module #1 for the Coleco Vision video game console! Play all of your favorite Atari 2600 VCS titles like Yars’ Revenge, Mario Brother, Defender and Combat on your Colecovision with this handy and stylish Expansion Module #1. It plugs right into the front of your 1980’s old school ColecoVision game console and plays retro old school video games with ease and clarity. No need to have two game systems hooked up to one television with this thing, play games from multiple game consoles and impress your friends. We wonder if they will ever release a Colecovision Expansion Module that plays Playstation 3 PS3 games and Xbox 360 games on the Colecovision, that would be rad. Party like it’s 1982 with a can of Tab, a Ronald Reagan t-shirt and your Coleco Vision game console complete with the Expander Module to play Atari 2600 games. Being old school was never so cool. Classic Game Room reviews the best of the new and old school video game accessories and hardware.

  • Credit: IGN.com 8.0 Presentation The front end is slick and stylized while the match selection tree is a breeze to navigate. The cutscenes are a bore. 8.0 Graphics They’re mostly good. At times, the game is stunning (Randy Orton’s turnbuckle RKO), but other times the wacky hair, clipping and Torrie make you cringe. 7.0 Sound The commentary is stiff and nonsensical, the wrestler voiceovers that are — in my opinion — holding the series back are equally as lame, and the crowd isn’t into it this year. 7.5 Gameplay In ring, it’s the same blast we’ve been having for years with great moves and vicious weapons, but the disappointing 24/7 mode, limited roster and same old matches will sour the experience for some. 7.0 Lasting Appeal Other than money, nothing’s going to bring you back to 24/7, and the lack of online chat could hamper the fun (lack of chat on the PS3, not the 360). • Classic Game Room HD reviews DANTE’S INFERNO for Playstation 3 PS3, also for Xbox 360 and PSP. Dante’s Inferno may be similar (really similar) to God of War but has a creative style all to its own. Play as Dante through his trip to Hell and slaughter hordes of monsters in this non-stop gorefest. This CGR review of Dante’s Inferno has gameplay from Dante’s Inferno on PS3 showing PS3 game play during Dante’s Inferno. Dantes Inferno for PS3 (and Xbox 360) has trophy support for Dantes Inferno PS3 trophies and Dante’s Inferno Xbox 360 achievement points. Rated M for lots and lots and lots of things. Smooth visuals, wild environments and amazing art design set Dante’s Inferno apart from other games (except that God of War series it so closely resembles). Dante’s Inferno was marketed heavily by EA with a Superbowl commercial showing Dante’s Inferno for the Playstation 3. Developed by Visceral Games, Dante’s Inferno Divine Edition for PS3 has lots of extras as well. UPC 014633192216

Footage was captured at 1080i High Definition and rendered as such for this video game review. This is the best Ferrari Challenge review, reviewed by CGRHD with gameplay, footage and driving skill hints / tips by watching the video. CGR is the ultimate driving game reviewer according to CGR and you’ll maybe agree if you happen to agree with us. • Castlevania: Lords of Shadow serves as a reboot for the long-running franchise, or, at the very least, a new storyline to run parallel to the series’ primary canon. The game’s story is light and told through simple cut scenes that bookend the levels, but is competent and serves as an interesting prologue for things to come in this new thread. Lords of Shadow is combat heavy, and comparison’s to Sony’s God of War franchise have been made. The observation is apt, though like God of War itself, Castlevania borrows just as much from games like Rygar: The Legendary Adventures and its own predecessor, Lament of Innocence. Developer Mercury Steam likely took a look at God of War during development, but worrying about which game “stole” from which is a fruitless discussion. Lords of Shadow probably owes more of a debt to Shadow of the Colossus; the Titan boss fights are pretty much ripped off wholesale. While there is some interesting platforming, and the odd puzzle that feels a bit disconnected a la Professor Layton, combat is the primary focus, and is much more meaningful than in similar games. Dodging and blocking effectively are paramount, and pulling varied combos and using magics and abilities well are absolutely key to winning. Button mashing and flailing about may win the occasional bout, but performing poorly will likely come back to haunt you down the line, and will probably eventually get you killed. Skill counts for everything. I really enjoyed the fact that Lords of
