This game featured dynamic storytelling utilizing four protagonists and their individual storylines that inevitably come together by the end of the game. Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow review of Kung Fu Panda 2 from Griptonite Games and THQ for the Xbox 360. Kung Fu Panda 2 is also available for the Nintendo Wii and PlayStation 3. Kung Fu Panda 2 is based on the animated movie and is basically a one-on-one brawler. Playing as a furry martial artist named Po, you jump into fights between tutorials, minigames and cut scenes. You can punch, kick, defend and use special finishing attacks, and you do it all by mimicking the attacks in your living room. Like a lot of Kinect games, you’re only responsible for a few actions, but the movements you’re on the hook for actually work. Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow review of Trinity: Souls of Zill O’ll from Omega Force and Tecmo KOEI for the PlayStation 3. Released earlier this year, Trinity is an interesting game…in that it’s deceptively uninteresting. That is to say it has lots of ambition, lots of dialogue, lots of familiar Tolkienian clichés and a lot less substance. Despite all the grandeur, this is a hack-and-slash action game that gets old after just a few missions. You play Trinity: Souls of Zill O’ll with a three-button setup, each of which does a different attack. Mashing them in random combinations performs more powerful attacks, and you can swap the button functions with different maneuvers, as well. But the key in Trinity is that you’re not fighting alone. You’re joined by two other characters, each with their own set of skills and attributes, and you can swap between them in battle.
