1. No you can't, i eas really mad about this but you can go ps3-ps2 just not ps2-ps3.
2. The graphics are much better compared to PS2 but some games are better than others, it all depends on the game. It also helps to be playing on an HD-TV with Monster Wire.
3. Wireless controllers, better graphics, and slightly different features on games.
