Demo of NFS: Shift w/Logitech G25 on PS3
7 CommentsThis is my first attempt at video editing, so be kind. This is purely a demonstration of the G25 racing wheel used on a PlayStation 3 playing Need for Speed: Shift. I am playing on Medium Difficulty with Full Manual Transmission from the Cockpit View.

Is the force feedback good? Is there 900 steering support?

Yes, but it’s not 1:1 in the game, meaning for every 3 degree you turn, the game only turns 1. It’s set to 360 degrees by default. That’s what I’m using.

Nice driving! I actually found your vid via gtplanet. Do you mind sharing the settings you use for Shift? I have a G25 as well and I’ve yet to find the right settings that let me enjoy the game. I came very close to trading it in the other day, but decided to give it another chance. Thanks.

I actually just use the stock settings… haven’t had time to really sit down and tweak them… Maybe you need to try another car… I had an S2000 that I couldn’t drive around the oval track to save my life! Switched to the Audi TT (I think) for the same race and Nuked it! … practice practice practice too..

I guess I’m just so used to GT5P. I’ll try the Audi and see how it goes. Thanks!

The Force Feedback is Fantastic by the way! It’s adjustable and by default is only at 50%… I can’t imagine how it’d rip my arms off at anything above 75%!!!
