TNK III review for Playstation 3. Classic Game Room reviews TNK III, a Playstation Mini published by SNK Playmore for Playstation 3 and PSP game systems. TNK III is the prequel to Iron Tank on the NES and plays much like the popular Ikari Warriors. Players control their tank with the d-pad (or analog stick) which machine guns bad guys in the direction that the tank is pointing. The powerful tank gun turret was originally controlled by a rotational joystick in the arcades, but instead gets the L1 R1 treatment which is a bit awkward. TNK III gameplay is fun and reminiscent of classics such as Ikari Warriors and Commando. Power up your gun turret but don’t get destroyed, TNK III can be unforgiving without a powerful TANK!
