The game follows the story of an immortal demon hunter whose lack of direction and storyline will make you throw your controller across the room for buying such a bad game. Bummed about the delay of Max Payne 3? It’ll be worth the wait as developers Rockstar show off the new tech behind the shooting gameplay in this video. By completely re-tweaking the action mechanics, Max will be able to dual wield different weapon combos, utilize cover, and have the fluidity/accuracy of a FPS game while still retaining a 3rd person perspective. Combine these factors with the series defining “bullet time” action, and you’ll see this definitely a game worth waiting for. Max Payne will be coming to Xbox 360, PS3, & PC on 5/15/12.
